Meredith Gerhart has worked extensively in all manner of family law since she was admitted to practice in 2010. Her primary areas of focus involve representing clients in a wide range of family law matters including dissolutions, legal separations, modification of parenting plans, modification of child support, paternity actions, relocations actions, and contempt proceedings.
Meredith also serves as a Guardian ad Litem on the Thurston County Title 26 Guardian ad Litem registry, and is oftentimes appointed by the court to represent youth in dependency proceedings, which are initiated by the State of Washington.
Meredith earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish Linguistics, cum laude, in 2007 from Vanderbilt University, and her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University in 2010, where she was a Vested Associate Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review and the Membership Committee Chair of the same. Meredith is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington Women Lawyers Section, the Thurston County Bar Association, the Thurston County Young Lawyers Section, and the Thurston County Family Law Section, where she also serves as the Guardian ad Litem Liaison.
