Immigration BackgroundMs. Orbach-Rosenberg has a passion for what she does and truly cares about her clients. Her interest in Immigration law stems from her own experience as an immigrant. She was born in Poland and lived in Canada and Israel before immigrating to the United States.
Having gone through the US immigration process, she encountered countless difficulties and frustrations presented by the immigration system, the lack of accurate information and several delays in the process. Her first-hand experience with U.S. immigration renders her sympathetic to the plight of her clients and well equipped to advocate on their behalf and help them navigate through the complicated immigration process.
Fierce Advocacy backed by ExperienceOver the past decade Ms. Orbach-Rosenberg has fiercely represented many thousands of clients throughout the United States in their immigration cases. She has won several cases when other immigration lawyers told clients they had no chance to prevail. Her goal has always been to provide the highest quality of legal representation at a reasonable fee.
She believes that she has the best formula for a law practice: honesty, personal attention, hard work and ability to find solutions to the most complex immigration issues.
Working for several fast paced law firms in New York City she was struck by how uninformed the clients were about their own cases. In her own practice she makes sure her clients always understand what is happening in their case. At the initial consultation she provides a thorough analysis and an honest opinion about the merits of the case. No one leaves her office uninformed or confused.
Her philosophy is to give personal attention to each and every client, no matter how big or how small the case is. She understands that the immigration process could be scary and intimidating and she strives to be there for her clients every step of the way. She is directly accessible 24/7.
Ms. Orbach-Rosenberg is very dedicated to her clients and fights zealously for everyone she adopts as her client. She takes the time to get to know every one of her clients and individually tailors her services to meet the needs of each person she serves. She does not turn anyone away without an intelligent, reasonable and a practical solution. She runs a thriving practice with countless satisfied clients.
The international experience Ms. Orbach Rosenberg has accumulated from living in many different countries has given her a personal knowledge of many different cultures, as well as a general understanding and appreciation of the qualities which the breadth and depth of the world’s multicultural diversity brings to America.
