I am Diane Crosier, an experienced family law lawyer in Franklin, Tennessee. I earned my law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. In 1992, I received my license to practice law in Tennessee.

After receiving my law license, I worked as a trial counsel at the 21st Judicial District Public Defender's Office. During this time, I successfully tried numerous cases in General Sessions and Circuit, including appearing before the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. This experience has given me valuable courtroom experience and the opportunity to polish my litigation skills.

In 2001, I founded my private practice, which focuses on family law, criminal law, and personal injury. I am able to represent clients all across courts in Williamson, Davidson, Rutherford, Maury Counties and surrounding counties.

I believe that it is important to come along side my clients, male or female, in whatever family matter they are facing. To that end, I was privileged to speak at Second Saturday, a workshop designed to assist women during and after the divorce process, and come alongside those in my community who are encountering divorce.

I also hold certification as a Rule 31 Family Mediator by the Tennessee Supreme Court. This training means that I am equipped to effectively resolve a wide variety of family law disputes.

My husband, Steve, is the Director of Food Division with the Metro Health Department. We reside in Franklin with our two children, Hayley and Brooks. I currently serve as an Advisory Board Member for Girls on the Run, a nonprofit organization that offers after-school programs for 3rd through 6th-grade girls. For my work with Girls on the Run, I was awarded a Hometown Hero award.

I am also an active member of the Cougar Lacrosse Board of Directors for my son's lacrosse team. I am a long-time runner and love to read and travel.
