Aaron began his legal career in 2002, as an in-house staff attorney for Habitat for Humanity International. He then honed his trial skills from 2004 to 2007 at the Dekalb County Public Defender?s office, rising quickly through the ranks, representing hundreds of indigent clients facing misdemeanors and felonies, and winning trials in both State and Superior courts. Since 2007, Aaron has practiced family law exclusively, helping secure favorable settlements and verdicts for clients from all walks of life, in a wide variety of circumstances. Prior to starting his own firm, Aaron spent several years at Mayoue Gray Eittreim, P.C., training under the tutelage of famed family law attorney John Mayoue.


Aaron has been a member of the Georgia State Bar since 2003. He?s an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association, and has participated in the Bleckley Inn of Court. Aaron has taught continuing legal education classes in the area of family law, and participated on panels at Emory Law School, Emory College, and the National Black Law Students Association Convention. He?s also a legal writer for divorcenet.com and lawyers.com.


Aaron graduated from Emory University in 1998 with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. He graduated from Harvard Law School in 2002.


Aaron is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, but has lived in Atlanta, Georgia most of his adult life. A classically trained pianist, he spends much of his free time playing keyboards and guitar. Aaron speaks basic Spanish and is actively working on adding Portuguese to his repertoire.
