Rakhi J. Patel focuses her practice in the areas of business, employment, and family immigration law.  She has successfully represented clients throughout the United States in a broad range of immigration matters, including H-1B, PERM, citizenship, and permanent residency.  Ms. Patel also performs pro bono legal services.

Ms. Patel was raised in the northeastern and southern United States and in Mexico.  She earned her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and her law degree from The Penn State University Dickinson School of Law.

While attending law school, Ms. Patel served as an Articles Editor of the Penn State Environmental Law Review and studied abroad in Florence, Italy.  She also clerked in an internship capacity for judges of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Court of Common Pleas for Dauphin County.

Ms. Patel is admitted to the Pennsylvania bar.  She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
