Attorney Mo Idlibby is the President, CEO, and Managing Attorney of UFC Law - United Firm of Carolina Law.  He is a Trial Attorney, who practices Immigration Law, Deportation/Removal Defense, Criminal Defense, and Domestic Violence Law.

Attorney Mo Idlibby has been selected as an awardee for the following prestigious honors:

Top 100 Trial Lawyers by National Trial Lawyers;

Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyers by National Trial Lawyers; and

Top 100 Lawyers in Immigration Law by National Advocates.

A former football player and wrestler at Davidson College, Attorney Idlibby has earned a reputation as a fierce competitor and zealous advocate in the courtroom on behalf of his clients' legal rights.  Attorney Idlibby has also made numerous media appearances or been featured on CNN, USA Today, Fox, ABC, CBS, NBC, News14, and NPR, among others.

As the son of two immigrants who escaped extreme violence from a country where the government was (and still is) killing its own people, Attorney Idlibby understands, relates to, and empathizes with the plight and struggles that face members of the immigrant community.

UFC Law has grown significantly as a result of Attorney Idlibby's love, drive, and passion for helping people from all walks of life, defending and protecting their rights, and defending the Constitutions of the United States of America and the State of North Carolina.  

Attorney Idlibby was appointed by the Mayor of Charlotte, Dan Clodfelter, as one of six At-Large members of the City of Charlotte's Immigrant Integration Task Force.

Attorney Idlibby is also a Board member of the Latin American Coalition and serves as one of seven At-Large Members of the National Board of Directors of the Syrian-American Council (SAC), the largest Syrian-American organization in the United States.

Attorney Idlibby was also selected as a "Leader Under 40" in 2013 for his professional accomplishments and diverse contributions to the City of Charlotte.  Attorney Idlibby is also fluent in Spanish, Arabic, and English and proficient in French.
