Mark graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 1991. After graduation he managed a restaurant in Rochester, Michigan for one year before starting law school.  He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy in 1995.

He is licensed in the State of Michigan, the US District Court Eastern District of Michigan, and the State of Arizona.

Mark has been with J. Timothy Esper and Associates since 1996 and his practice focuses mainly on Social Security Disability and Workers’ Compensation. In addition to those areas of law he handles LTD/ERISA and Auto Accident claims. He has also assisted Veterans with their claims against the VA.

Mark is a sustaining member of the Michigan Association of Justice (MAJ), National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR) and also a member of the Italian-American Bar Association of Michigan (IABM).
