Gavin Halligan joined Burnham Law in 2013 after graduating from Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver. Gavin is fluent in Spanish and continues to volunteer as a Victim Advocate for the Federal Heights Police Department. A lifelong resident of Colorado, Gavin's commitment to protecting and advocating for children reflects her core values. These traits mirror Burnham Law's ongoing commitment to child advocacy.

Gavin is the epitome of a family advocate, strategically utilizing her knowledge of the law to achieve clients' goals. At Burnham Law, Gavin handles many of the Firm's high asset/high conflict litigation matters relative to divorce, family law and domestic violence. In 2014, and in less than two years since joining the Firm and at the age of 27, Gavin was named Partner at Burnham Law. Gavin's tenacity and commitment to excellence is displayed daily, and she is regularly relied upon to help train and supervise new associates.

Gavin is recently married and she and her husband, Michael, live in the Highlands. Apart from practicing law, Gavin enjoys traveling with her friends and family, participating in state and local politics and playing with her maltipoo dog, Puppin.
