Mr. Charles Kuck is the Managing Partner of Kuck Immigration Partners LLC and oversees its nationwide immigration practice. Mr. Kuck's practice focuses on U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law and international migration matters. Mr. Kuck assists international immigrant investors, and employers and employees with business and professional visas, labor certifications, immigrant visas, consular representation, and citizenship matters. Mr. Kuck also maintains an active Federal Court practice focusing on immigration issues. He has represented asylum seekers in more than 600 trials before the Immigration Courts.

Mr. Kuck also advises employers on compliance procedures in verifying the work eligibility of all new employees as required under the I-9 employer sanctions provisions of the Federal Law and is a leader in training and compliance programs on the E-Verify and IMAGE. His clients include technology firms, manufacturers, multinational corporations, individual EB-5 investors and entrepreneurs, as well as families, individual immigrants and asylum seekers.

Mr. Kuck was named one of the top 5 most Highly Regarded Corporate Immigration Lawyer in the World in 2015 by the International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers, as well as one of the 100 most influential Georgians, by Georgia Trend Magazine in 2011, and as one of Georgia's Legal Elite in 2015. Mr. Kuck blogs frequently, has written numerous law review articles and op-eds on various U.S. immigration law subjects, has testified before Congress on immigration matters, and has spoken at numerous legal, industry, business, and civic organizations on a broad range of immigration topics. Mr. Kuck was part of the group of attorneys that stopped a key provision of Georgia's HB-87 anti-immigration law, and is currently representing 39 DACA recipients seeking to pay in-state tuition to attend Georgia Colleges and Universities.

Mr. Kuck is a former National President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He is a founding member and past president of the Alliance of Business Immigration Lawyers (ABIL). Mr. Kuck was named by Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed as Co-Chair of the Welcoming Atlanta Advisory Committee, and is on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Council for International Visitors (GCIV).
